We are extremely proud of the work you are doing! As 2020 continues to be a year of ups and downs and curveballs, The Mindful Project is a series of short de-stressing exercises that may be of help.

Lauren Wessinger teaches wellness and is certified in MBSR (Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction). She has created these simple practices that will be helpful as we all face various challenges in our lives.
